Trainers Tips….
*if nothing else get your water intake correct
*push your cardio to the point you can’t easily carry on a conversation
*reward yourself for obtaining goals

If you’re just getting started….commit to just two workouts a week then build up…set yourself up to succeed. When are the biggest problems I see is people that make goals and demands on their selves right off the bat that just are not attainable with their schedule or lifestyle. You have to be extremely realistic with yourself start small then once you have reach those goals, add new ones. A doctor wants told my mom she needed to lose 70 pounds and right in front of her. I told my mom no she didn’t. She needed to lose 5 pounds. The doctor looked at me like I was crazy and I said don’t tell her that kind of number she’s gonna start with five and once she’s done that we’ll go from there. Mom has lost and kept off that 70pds BUT she started with 5😉
Change is up to YOU….you can’t do it for anyone but YOU. Others can motivate but until YOU decide to live differently, you won’t change. Half hearted=quitting. The truth is no matter how good your trainer is, your diet, your workout plan if YOU don’t commit it won’t work
Greek yogurt is a great grab and go option and a nice change up from chicken chicken chicken🤣the sweetness helps crush sugar cravings in a more healthy way too
TRAINERS TIPS….*try new foods
*try a new cardio machine even if for only 2mins-who knows your may love it! We typically avoid what we perceive as too difficult BUT that is exactly how you shock and change your body
*try out a class!!!! I love love love classes! It’s a great way to shake up your workout. Even if you one try one class per month it keeps your training from getting boring

****Weigh-in/measurements TOMORROW at CrossFit Calhoun 2-3pm….tomorrow is the last day to sign up(you don’t have to attend weigh-in, you can submit that on your own)
