Dreams come true!! Anthony Hawk made it to yankee stadium with Mike DAgostino. They saw the Tuesday night shut out game and the loss of weds night game. A win and loss. That’s life! You win some and you lose some.

He got to see Aaron Judge hit a homerun and he loved that!
My Grandfather always said he didn’t want to die and go to go to Heaven if there was no Yankees baseball! I hope he’s been watching cuz they are headed to the playoffs.
Happy early 10th birthday Anthony !! I know one day we will be watching you out there!!

Penfield Country Club Men’s Invitational. I believe this is Mike’s 24th Invite.

Before I met Mike DAgostino I wouldn’t have realized the hours, planning and dedication that go into planning an event like this for his membership and their guests. Months of preparations.
I am so proud of Mike when I attend this event as the compliments go on all night long. Members and their guests saying the event is so well run. “Flawless”-I heard that all night long.

Being a fellow service industry worker- I also have to shout out Tom Schoenle and his staff including Bruneau. It takes epic planning, vision and ex*****on to serve 400 people. The staff made it look easy. Kudos to you guys. I am always impressed! It’s a lot of work.

Morning Meltdown 100.
I gotta tell you every time I hear this programs name I think of the picture of the kid having a meltdown!

I’m excited and overwhelmed! 😂

Who has broken their New Years resolution to make their health a priority?? Who? Who?

Did you know by February half of us have already broken our New Years resolutions? 😬
I’m to embaresssd to share a video of myself slamming an ice cream 🍦 like Phillip! 😂

So what 🤷‍♀️ everyday is a new day to start fresh.

Don’t surrender and say forget it... I’ve been there and that just got me nowhere.

What helped me? ACCOUNTABILITY.
Having a coach and virtual support group that was doing the same thing as me. Experiencing the same struggles and victories. Highs and lows.

“You’ve always been tall and skinny.”
I hear this quite often and it so so far from the truth.
I’m going to start digging up the pictures to prove it.
Here’s a few things you might not know about me:

🌺 I was very overweight as a child
🌷 as a teenager I took caffeine pills to have more energy to exercise and burn more calories
🌹 young adult wouldn’t eat much .. had to save the calories for beer 🍺
💐 let’s throw in some diet pills
🌼 each pregnancy I gained somewhere between 85-100 pounds
Etc etc

My point? I’ve struggled my entire life with weight and health. I know how hard it is to carry extra weight around.
I know what it feels like to have food controlling my entire day.. week.. life!

There are times when I’ve been “skinny” but not healthy. That doesn’t feel good either 😞

FINALLY I’ve got it figured out 🙏🏻
I am the healthiest I have ever been. I feel strong, energetic and in control ( most of the time 😊)

Why am I sharing this? Because I want people to know that they can make healthy changes to their lifestyle to get where they want to be.

All the stages of my life have helped me become the person that I am. So no regrets. The only thing I regret is not sharing this part of my story sooner. I want people to know there is hope and help!

Lack of sleep 😴...
Ever notice that not enough rest makes you crave sugary things all day long.

Your body is looking for the “pick me up.”

A sticky cinnamon bun or a cream filled donut may be what what your body is telling you you need... make sure to throw in that large iced mocha swirl iced coffee with heavy cream and sugar.
I used to do this after a late night at work and early morning getting kids up.

I’d ride that energy roller coaster straight to the top and then come crashing down.

The energy let down.
The headache 🤕
The irritability
Can’t concentrate
Forgetful

You get my point.

Heavenly music 🎶 is playing! This shake came into my life.
It has helped me kick those sugary treats to the curb ( i still have them once in awhile).
My energy level is even throughout the day.
I can think more clearly ( most of the time! 😂)

I want you to know that ANYONE can follow these programs.

Meatballs drowning in bottles of proseco. That’s how I’ve been feeling since Christmas time. Don’t forget the Parmesan cheese on top 😂

The picture shows me at my physical and mental best. This is where I like to be 💪

People have been asking me “are you still coaching?” “Running groups? “ “What have you been up to? “. “I’ve been looking for you because you inspire me.”

Bad feeling in my gut. I’m letting my people down. I’m not showing up in social media. I’m not sharing all of my journey.
Why? Just not managing my time efficiently. Putting my coaching business on the back burner. I don’t feel good about it.
These programs and lifestyle have not only changed my life but the lives of those that I care about. Not to mention thousands of others. I should be a flashing billboard sign I love it so much and I BELIEVE in these programs and products.
My passion has not been coming through on social media but that’s going to change.
I invite you to follow me. I’m starting over today with a new mindset and a new plan.

We Patty D'Arduini and I took maria to see A Bronx Tale over the weekend. It told a story of a young man growing up in the Bronx. He faces an internal conflict between doing what is right and wrong. Choosing to do what appears to be the easy way or take the hard route. As we left we had so much to talk about... especially the theme of the show "the worst thing in life is wasted talent." Mmmm gives us something to think about....

Theater helps Maria navigate through life! She loves it and you can see it in her bright blue eyes in these pictures.
After the show we went to the stage door and she got to meet the cast. Maria knew who many of the people were and other shows they have performed in. She was thrilled to pieces. The cast was amazing. ( I especially liked the wise guys 😂😂)
The were so positive, encouraging and inspiring.

Two main things that I left with:
Do what brings you joy in your life.
If you have a talent- a gift- use it and share it.

Well I got cauliflower. And I got rice.

Can you commit for 21 days?
Can you make daily effort to improve your health and well being for just 21 days.
Start with 21 days. Imagine where you could be after 3 quick weeks.
Imagine how much better you could feel 😊

I'm sure glad I did. After 2 rounds of 21 day fix :

💥I lost the weight that I couldn't shed.
💥Toned up.
💥Had more energy.
💥broke bad habits... like beer everyday at 4pm ( I still enjoy beer 🍻.. just not everyday!)
💥I wasn't as cranky
💥I slept better
💥I felt and saw so many benefits that I knew I was not going to stop

So I'm going back to the fix! Back to where my journey began.

October 1st we begin.

And it's serious. If you're joining me you're going all in! You're going to make a commitment to yourself and I'm holding you to it.

Friday night.

And I do miss my regulars and my loves from work.

Instead this guy is making me and my fellow coaches margaritas. Say what??

I'm not used to this!

But... I could get used to it.

After a filling day of training- learning- sharing its time to drink 🍹 some margaritas and eat guacamole.

Somebody pinch me I still can't believe I'm here staying in this beautiful mansion!
Just got to workout w my team.
Last year when everyone was on the retreat I remember looking at the pictures and wishing I was there.
And I said to myself "next year I'll earn that trip."

Then that wicked voice of self doubt chimes in-"you can't do that. You won't make it happen. You don't have enough time... smarts... ambition.."

Why do I/we do that to ourselves??? We are capable of what we put our minds and hearts too.

So here I am I made it happen.

Thank you to everyone who has supported me and believed in me.

Mom guilt.
It is heavy.
It is real.
I have passed on opportunities in the past because my number one job is being a mom and raising my kids. ❤️
It always will be.

Tears are shed when I leave. Anxiety is high. Lots of managing schedules. There are times when it just hasn't been worth it.

But this opportunity is worth it.

To go away to this leadership retreat for the next three days is an opportunity I can't pass up.
There will be training.
Masterminding.
Learning how to grow my business.

In two days Ieave for a beachbody leadership retreat and this is where we are staying. 😜
I've always dreamed of going somewhere so fabulous for work. We all know mike is the one traveling to exotic destination for work 😂

I truly still can't believe that I earned my spot on this trip.
I'm in a season of life that does not have much down time. But somewhere in the nooks and crannies of my day I worked my business and made it happen.

What I love about this career?

❤️ I don't punch a time clock ( big bonus for me!)
❤️ I have to make my health a priority and my families
❤️my team provides endless support - encouragement and training
