Obstacles. Physical obstacles- the train tracks that have taken over my living room. Thank you Nathalie Bruneau years later we are still using / loving them!!!! Mental obstacles - "what's it really matter?" " I shouldn't take the time out of my day to workout." "I'd rather stay in bed." And all the other BS we tell ourselves. Day 51. Phase 3 began today. The Time is flying by as it always does. When we started 80 days seemed like a really long time yet here we are. Myself and the others in my group have seen the following results: Inches lost Pounds lost More energy Happy! Loving the food we are eating. Craving our shakes Enjoying the workouts Better skin Gaining so much strength We are having fun! Clothes fitting better People asking what we are doing Not dreading summer clothes This is the crazy 😜 part- we can't wait to start this program again and we are not even finished yet. Yeah.
