From the soothing yoga sessions to the nourishing meals and soul-stirring nature walks, every moment was mindful and serenity. We indulged in the most delicious food that not only nourished the body and soul but it taste amazing.
Each yoga session was guided by breath, finding peace, strength, and inner harmony with each asana.

I’m so grateful to everyone who came, the connections made and the insights gained.

“When was the last time you did anything for the first time?” Quote of the day!!!

Yesterday I literally faced a huge fear of cold water! Was it easy absolutely not, did I do it yep! … nothing ever happens in the warm cosy environment of your comfort zone, in order to grow and transform you need to step in the unknown, step into cold waters, and bloody hell it was cold, 5 degrees to be precise. 🥶

After the initial shock of the cold water it quickly transformed into an exhilarating sensation waking every cell in my body up, which left me feeling rejuvenated afterwards.

It was an experience I won’t forget in a hurry and one that I’m super proud of.

As I sit, reflecting on the beautiful journey of life, I am reminded of the importance of being present in every single moment. Life moves swiftly, and it’s so easy to get caught up in the chaos and distractions that surround us. But today, I want to take a moment to remind you, of the incredible power and beauty that lies in being fully present.

In a world that constantly pulls us in different directions, it’s crucial to pause, take a deep breath, and truly immerse ourselves in the present moment. It’s in these moments that we find solace, joy, and a profound connection with ourselves and those around us.

When we are present, we notice the little things that often go unnoticed - the gentle touch of a loved one, the warmth of the sun on our skin, the sweet melody of laughter filling the air. We become aware of the beauty that surrounds us, even in the simplest of things.

Being present allows us to fully engage with people we love. It’s about giving them our undivided attention, listening with our hearts, and creating memories that will last a lifetime. It’s about embracing the now, for it is all we truly have.

Let’s not allow the worries of the past or the uncertainties of the future to steal our present. Instead, let’s choose to be fully present, to be alive in each moment, and to appreciate the blessings that come our way.

Today, I encourage you to put down your phone, close your laptop, and step away from the noise. Take a walk in nature, have a heart-to-heart conversation with a loved one, or simply sit in silence and observe the world around you. Embrace the beauty of being present, and let it fill your heart with gratitude and love.

This afternoon was well spent at a sound bath Rheki session, with . 💫✨

As I lay there, surrounded by the gentle vibrations of crystal singing bowls and the soothing melodies of Tibetan singing bowls and gongs, I couldn’t help but feel a profound sense of peace wash over me. It was as if all the worries and stress of the week melted away, leaving only tranquility in their wake.

The sound bath experience took me on a journey within myself, allowing me to connect with my deepest emotions and thoughts. With each resonating sound, I felt layers of tension and negativity being released, making space for healing and renewal.

In that moment, I realised the power of sound and its ability to touch our souls in ways words simply cannot. The harmonious frequencies seemed to pe*****te every cell of my being, creating a symphony of serenity and introspection.

As the session progressed, I found myself drifting into a state of pure bliss and mindfulness. It was as if time stood still, and all that mattered was the present moment. Thoughts of the past and worries about the future faded away, and I was left with a profound sense of gratitude for the here and now.

The whole session not only provided a much-needed escape from the chaos of everyday life but also served as a gentle reminder to prioritise self-care and nourish my soul. It was a beautiful reminder that taking care of ourselves is not a luxury but a necessity.

So, as I reflect on this Sunday, I encourage you all to find moments of stillness and tranquility amidst the hustle and bustle of life. Whether it’s through a sound bath, meditation, or simply taking a walk in nature, allow yourself the gift of self-care and rejuvenation.

Fabulous first Ashtanga class this evening. Ashtanga is a beautiful spiritual practice that touches every aspect of our being. It’s a dance between breath and movement, a meditation in motion.
