I’ve been nervous of deadlifting after I twinged my back a few weeks ago. So happy with 10x80kg and 3 sets of 8x90kg. Legs this morning - not much time, so 3 exercises 1. RDL - 5 sets, reps 9,7,5,7,9 (my middle set was 70kg) 2. front foot elevated split squat - 4 sets, reps 6-8 reps (20kg) 3.
