Every time you catch yourself thinking and analyzing something you can’t control, switch your thoughts to what you can control.

Make it a practice. At first it will be hard because our ego wants to trick us and keep us busy worrying but in time it will be second nature to you!

There is a fine line between confidence and arrogance. We want to be confident not falling into being arrogant. Check out some distinctions and do some check to assess yourself.
Avoiding arrogance will help you keep better connection with your loved ones and with yourself. Lastly, keep in mind that arrogance is a sign of shame, which only leads do disconnection.

I will be talking about procrastination quite a bit since it is something that a lot of us struggle with.

The goal is that we can become self-aware and instead of shaming ourselves about it, be able to understand the underlying reasons behind this behavior y and develop the skills to break the procrastination cycle.

Hablaré bastante sobre la procrastinación, ya que es algo con lo que muchos de nosotros luchamos.

El objetivo es que podamos tomar conciencia de nosotros mismos y, en lugar de avergonzarnos y castigarnos, entender las razones detrás de este comportamiento y desarrollar herramientas para comer el ciclo de la procrastinación.

Sé que puede ser fuerte reconocerlo, pero hay familiares y amigos que puedes ser tóxicos para nosotros. Eso no significa que son malas personas, más bien quiere decir que tienen comportamientos que nos hacen daño primordialmente porque tienen asuntos sin resolver.

Se honest@ contigo si hay personas tóxicas en tu entorno familiar o social y busca herramientas para manejarlo de manera saludable.

Por otro lado, preguntate; estás comportando de manera tóxica tu mism@, que puedan estar afectando tus relaciones con aquellos que más quieres?

I know it’s tough to hear, but there are some people that could be toxic to us. It does not mean they are bad people, it means that their behaviors can be harmful to you, mostly because they have unresolved issues.

Be honest with yourself if you are faced with toxic family members and learn how to deal with the situation in a healthy way.

On the flip side, ask yourself, are you engaging in toxic behaviors yourself that could be affecting your relationship with those you love?
