One hour indoor cycling interval session working on RPE
COST £5 1 hour turbo training sessions working on RPE for all abilities
clients are advised to turn up early to prepare and are responsible for their own equipment set up

im going to have to knock the turbo sessions in the head, its a shame but numbers are too low.
