This means that the public may approach Advocate JA Venter directly when seeking legal advice or legal representation on their legal matters. The practice also still receives briefs from attorneys as referred to in terms of Section 34(2)(a)(i) of the Legal Practice Act 28 of 2014. Despite the practice being based in Gauteng, Advocate Venter represents clients in any Court within the Republic of South Africa.
