My business has been always 100% dependent of imported products from overseas. Due to the 2020 Covid pandemic & a very weak economy, I realized that something needed to change. I was fortunately blessed with a vision to start manufacturing my own products.

I envisaged starting a range of automotive garage equipment that my business could sell and eagerly started to do my research.

Overwhelmed with so many ideas & opinions, I decided to begin my new venture with a simplistic, not so popular product, but definitely a helpful tool in the workshop....

Exactly 3 months ago we started converting our drawings in something tangible and after weeks of hard work, planning and late nights, we've reached the point to unveil our product, named "Workshop Buddy™".

It must need re-learning throttle sensor position after cleaning or repair.

10. Injector Coding:
Leaking injectors and some dead injectors can be replaced, and then the new values need to be coded again into the ECU.

11. Sunroof Reset:
The sunroof needs to be reset when the sunroof control unit have communication problem or changed.

12. Suspension Reset:
Reset electronic suspension air suspension after repair.

13. Gearbox (Transmission) Reset:
Procedure Reset Transmission Adaptive Learning. Start the car and drive. Once you perform this procedure the Engine Control Unit (ECU) and Transmission Control Unit (TCU) will work together to learn how you drive by monitoring your driving pattern.

14. AFS Headlamp Reset:
'AFS' means Adaptive Front lighting System (at night with the Bi-Xenon headlights) it swivels either side, pressing that button means they stay pointing straight ahead and don't turn when you turn the steering wheel.

VOLTAGE CHECK
When our UNIVERSAL CARS VCI is connected to the vehicle, the unit will check the battery voltage of the vehicle and automatically adjusts itself to the vehicle’s voltage level of 12 volts. If the voltage gets too high or too low, our UNIVERSAL CARS VCI will warn you with both sound and light and you will also be alerted through the battery icon in our diagnostic software.

CHASSIS NUMBER VIN
In our CARS software, we have a smart function that allows you to read out the chassis number from the vehicle that you would like to diagnose. This ensures that the right model and year is selected automatically. In addition, engine code for vehicles, which are commonly available on the markets, is also selected automatically.

ISS
Intelligent System Scan (ISS) scans through all the systems in the vehicle and displays the fault codes that are stored in each system. This saves time and you get a quick overview of the actual status of the entire vehicle. When the ISS is complete, you can then select a specific control system to analyze the results further on.
ISI
Intelligent System Identification (ISI) identifies and selects automatically the type of controller that is mounted in the vehicle. This ensures that the diagnostic session is performed correctly with the correct parameters as required.
