Food studio is excited to announce that we will be preparing the meals for the 28 day meal plan.

We strictly plan & prepare meals according to the protocol of the meal plan and ensure that the meals are 100% according to the 28 day diet requirements.

Meals are freshly prepared every 4 days and ready for collection.
Meals are tasty and nutritious.

The focus of Food Studio has changed to that of teaching people how to cook with confidence, independently & have fun at the same time.
We have allocated Tuesdays, Wednesdays & Fridays to 3 different age groups.
TUESDAYS: 10 - 13 years 14:00-17:00
WEDDAYS: 14 - 16 years 14:00-17:00
FRIDAYS: 17-20 years 14:00-17:00

This exciting program will be kicking off on Tuesday the 8th of March with sweet fillings & yummy pancakes.
