Client Operations Representative

As a Client Operations Specialist (OPR), you'll be responsible for on boarding of e- hailing driver partners, providing customer service and managing the operations processes for the vehicles allocated to you. You’ll become the face in pre-sales support functions, including pre-qualification of drivers, product knowledge, research, configuration and product information.
EFFECTIVELY AND EFFICIENTLY PERFORM BACK OFFICE OPERATIONS
Interview potential Driver Partners (OPR) and assess qualification according to company polices.
You will need to maintain a quality waiting list of drivers that can be onboarded within 2 days when new or previously owned vehicles become available.
Looking after the quality of the vehicle will be your main responsibility through timely vehicle services at exact intervals.
Manage booking process of services, tyre fitment and breathalyzer services.
Be responsible for timeous process when vehicles are involved in an accident from liaising the towing of vehicle with insurance and holding all vendor parties accountable for repair timelines.
Collaborate with the accounts department to ensure full collection of outstanding weekly rental.
Responsible for taking DP through all aspects of rental agreement.
Maintain filing and capturing of vehicle history with regard to services, tyres, owners, accidents and comments.
Assure DP’s have access to all emergency communication channels and are informed of responsibilities regarding processes with services, accidents and accounts.
Build driver partner relationships to ensure DP trust and constantly share knowledge on products, processes and policies.
Cooperate with different departments to improve business operations
Communicate and update the Operations Manager daily on possible risks areas that might impact the business reputation, quality of the product or risk to the assets
You possess a Matric and 3-4 years similar or relevant experience.
