🌟 Christmas in July! 🌟

Hands down one of our favourite service projects.
What an amazing opportunity to serve 151 children with food, gifts, and games. From putt putt, ring toss, and fishing to arts and crafts and decorating biscuits, everyone had an absolute blast!

It's so much fun to spend time with these learners and bring joy to their day. A huge thank you to everyone who helped make this event a success. Your support and dedication mean the world to us and the kids we serve. Together, we serve and make a difference! 🎄✨

🌟 Mandela Day Donation for Luvies Day Care Centre🌟

A huge thank you to 24/7 Security Services and Antidote Marketing, Members and friends of the Lions for their incredible donation to Luvies Day Care Centre.

Today, we handed over these blankets, mattresses, pillows, and pillowcases to Luvies Nursery School as part of our Mandela Day celebration. Thank you to 24/7 Security for your generous contributions that will bring comfort and warmth to the children at Luvies. 🙏🏻

A very exciting first General Business Meeting for the new Lionistic year with our new Lion President Mukesh! We discussed lots of projects and events planned for the upcoming year. We are so pleased our Region Chair, Theo Nel, could join us and share some great advice. Overall, it was a wonderful meeting, and we are looking forward to serving together and increasing our strength in oneness. 🦁🙏

Our latest general business meeting was both heartfelt and bittersweet. We celebrated our last meeting with LP Keith, reflecting on an incredible Lionistic year.

Over the past year, we served 44,872 community members, completed 358 projects, and dedicated 8,836 volunteer hours. A huge thank you to all the members for their dedication and hard work!

🧶 Knitathon Success! 🧶

On Saturday we hosted our knitathon for our bags project. We deliver 25 care bags each week to the new moms at South Rand Hospital.
What an awesome day it was! We made new friends, learned new skills, and enjoyed great food.

Thank you to all the ladies who joined us and for the many items made and donated with love.

Last night, Lions Keith, Sandra, Beauty, and Nisha had a blessed but very cold evening handing out chicken stew, bread, cupcakes, chips, and oranges while Fish and Bread handed out blankets to 90 people on the street.
