After 120 step ups, 120 tricep dips and 120 squats and almost an hour of sparring I asked them what they wanted to do for the last bit... Knees they said, knees!! Why hahaha why!?!and in this heat...

Kids kickboxing classes from 5-10 years . Saturdays 10 am. Keeping them active, teaching them a skill, teaching discipline and having fun This is Chris, he's only 4 but from next year he'll be joining the kickboxing family x

I'm always finding ways to try and motivate you all. I've been doing these steps for a few weeks. It's tough, but it's fun. Apart from lying in bed, what are you doing on a Sunday morning at 8am? What's your excuse? I'm not training for anything, I'm doing it cos I can! Are you training for anything???
