Being the “best” may sound ideal, but it can be hard to achieve. And, really, who cares? With billions of people in the world, who is the objective judge of what’s “best”?

There are other ways to stand out. Instead of aiming to be “the best,” take a look at what makes you different/sets you apart.

What are the unique traits that make you, you?

If your industry is stuffy but you’re casual, own it. If you’re louder than most, harness that ability to get people pumped up. Don’t be afraid to break through the status quo. Think about the characteristics that make you different from everyone else in your industry, it’s not about comparing yourself to everybody else, it’s about the unique qualities you bring to be the best version of yourself.

Success is the doing, not the getting; in the trying, not the triumph. Success is a personal standard, reaching for the highest that is in us, becoming all that we can be.

Darkness cannot drive out darkness, only light can do that and it is in the contrast of light and dark that design happens.

It is so great seeing this design come to life - design adds value faster than it adds costs and you have to colour outside the lines once in a while if you want to make your life a masterpiece.

Striving for success without hard work is like trying to harvest where you haven’t planted.

To strive means to make great efforts to achieve or obtain something.
It is a word that encompasses what many go through day in and day out as they pursue their most cherished goals and aims in life.

Trusting that we will not only strive to be a success, but to also be of value.

Good design is a conversation.

Without labour, nothing prospers.
Reflecting over the past 6 months of this year we have nothing short of gratitude for the hard work and dedication of our team because self belief and talent will always earn you success.

We are grateful for the One making it all possible, for the drive, the purpose, the ability and the opportunity to give this one shot at life all we have.

Here’s to the next 6 months of much effort, and much prosperity.

The quality of a person’s life is in direct proportion to their commitment to excellence, regardless of their chosen field of endeavor.

Commitment isn’t always easy, but when we stay committed it has the ability to help us achieve goals we may have only once dreamed of.

It takes time to develop certain qualities and characteristics and it is through consistency, commitment, effort, and perseverance that you can fully mature into becoming a hard worker and making full use of your potential.

Success might look different to everyone and even though we can’t always see it in the moment, one thing is for sure, growth and success comes through hard work.

Essentially, all life depends upon the soil… There can be no life without soil and no soil without life; they have evolved together.

The same goes for construction, we are only as good as the people that journeys with us through sweat, determination and hard work.

Each of us is carving a stone, erecting a column, or cutting a piece of stained glass in the construction of something much bigger than ourselves.

We feel so humble and grateful as we reflect over the year we’ve had, the opportunities given, the friendship’s built and the dedication we see within our team and the growth as a business.
