The best time to stretch is after a workout. This will help loosen up your muscles and keep them from tightening during the exercise, which can lead to muscle soreness afterward.

Shoulder stretch and abdominal stretch are 2 of my favorites. Love adding them to my classes.

There are so many different ways of performing them, these are just 2 variations that can be done using fit ball.
