Restoration rescue mission accomplished!

Our client was struggling to find radiator guards for his vintage Kawasaki KX 85 restoration project, but we had his back! Using the original damaged parts as reference, our team worked magic with CAD design and 3D printing to recreate them in sleek white.

The client is thrilled, and we're stoked to have played a part in bringing his classic bike back to life!

Client requested a right handed grip for his competition P*P pistol.

Through scans and detailed measurements we came up with a one of a kind grip to give him the competitive edge he was looking for.

The grip offers a snug fit to the frame, location pins to align and an embedded threaded nut to tighten together. All housing the complex air cylinder on the inside.

Every job comes with its own unique set of challenges. Creating a right-handed grip for an elite P*P competition pistol is one of them. The process starts with precise measurements and a sample 3D print to ensure the compressed air cylinder is encased snugly. Next, we scan the original ambidextrous grip to model an ergonomic right-handed grip with an adjustable hand rest. Once the design is perfected, we 3D print a full-scale sample to measure and fit, making final adjustments as needed.
