Despite keeping our prices consistent for the past three years, we were asked to quote on a job.......Only too be told we are too expensive. Our highly recommended and reputable competitor were R50 per room less than our quote.

The landlord did not accept the quality of the work and requested us to do the work. The tenant asked if we would give a discount as the other company had already done the job. We justified our pricing by indicating we vacuum the carpets thoroughly before cleaning. We were asked by Tracy Harris Properties to assist with cleaning their client's carpets. They were recently cleaned by a company who promised thorough deep cleaning.

The state of the carpets is disgusting, and we were advised they took over 3 days to dry. Today is pretty cold and yet after three hours, the carpets are dry.

We would like to assist you with your cleaning requirements whether domestic, corporate or school. We didn't wait for any virus pandemic to suddenly become specialists.

I've been in the cleaning and hygiene industry for over 25 years and constantly keep updating my cleaning protocols.

Any cleaning / disinfecting / sanitising protocol must have two elements and three if carpets or soft furnishings are included.

1. Thorough vacuum with an upright vacuum cleaner with rotary brush operation and HEPA filtration system

2. Mechanical (either elbow grease or machine) together with a detergent to clean the surfaces. Preferable to use as high a temp as possible.

3. After cleaning, we use a sanitiser to wipe down the surfaces. (one can use an alcohol base sanitiser or hydrogen peroxide)

We use a steam cleaner, highest temp available followed by a 70% alcohol base sanitiser.

In addition we use colour coded clothes, to prevent any cross contamination from one area to another.

Our whole process is in accordance with CDC (centers for disease control and prevention) recommendations.

We will also discuss and impliment (if required) a proper hygiene routine.
