We are back in full swing at the office and are looking forward to a new year filled with new opportunities to make architecture!

Looking back to the Offices we designed for Trade Agri. We took the opportunity to experiment with bold design decisions and ideas around d thresholds, public and private space, response to the site and context, and materiality. Here are some photos of the final product and of the initial design presentation. What do you think?

XO Architects is proud to be assisting with St Andrew’s School Bloemfontein’s vision for the campus. We are currently busy with various projects to upgrade and improve the facilities at Saints. This is a snap of a progress with the conversion of an old unused boiler room into and exciting, forward thinking classroom for grade 1 boys at the school.

We are making good progress at our Townhouse Development for Nunes Properties in the Bergendal section of Woodland Hills Wildlife Estate. The quality of workmanship and finishes truly is excellent and we are extremely proud of how these units are turning out. We are currently finishing the first 11 of 21 top-class units, and are looking forward to taking in our first tenants around October. Let us know what you think?
