Day 10/42
I am finding it easier every day to eat this way. I also observe that I am more likely to not feel like having any snacks when I eat beef. I wonder why that is? I am definitely going to keep an eye on how different proteins/meats affect my eating patterns.
The past two days I have dramatically increased the amount of food and therefor nutrients and energy I consume. My mission is to eat according to hunger so, I can only assume my body wants more nutrients, so I am not restricting the volume of food I eat.
Another interesting observation is that I lost another 0.5 kgs of weight even though my food consumption has increased.
My general feeling of wellbeing is really good. Both mentally and physically.
Going for a run again to see how my toes are doing. I decided not to extend the distance again but sticking to 6.5 kms. My feet are definitely feeling better so I would not want to compromise the gains I have made. 💪
