'If I have seen further (been further), it is by standing on the shoulders of giants.' - Isaac Newton.

True generosity of spirit, where the partnership comes before the achievements of the individual.

A courageous team who despite a beautiful beach day, battled cold water and strong currents. An amazing feat by any standard and something each can be immensely proud of.

They wish to thank every beach-goer who walked almost to Melkbos and back; to those who were glued to their social media for the stroke-by-stroke accounts.

Grateful thanks go to for your boat support and swimming support of the Relay Team. Derrick Frazer from for your boat and time support too. A special thanks for from HearUS | A SA CI Association] for all onboat coverage.

For those who would still like to donate to such an amazing organisation, HearUS | A SA CI Association] the Sport for Lives campaign will remain open until the end of March.
