*PUBLIC ANNOUNCEMENT*

We would like to take this opportunity to THANK all our loyal customers and patrons for all your support over the past 16 months. This journey has been very bumpy and rough. Some people gave us 8 months and look at us 16 months later. It's all thanks to God and you!

That being said, we are sad to announce that our time at Eastlake Shopping Centre, Marina da Gama has unfortunately come to an end. We as a family had to make the tough decision of closing our doors (with immediate effect), as the amount of feet trickling through our doors have deteriorated tremendously. The lockdown, loadshedding and pandemic are all contributors to this sad reality.

This is however not the end to G² Coffee. We will back with a BANG!!!! This we promise you.

Once again thank you to every person, friend and family member we met coming through our doors. You are all rock stars.

We unfortunately have to postpone the bake off until next year. Due to the rapid increase in numbers and for safety reasons, also the whole uncertainty of this variant and the effects thereof.

We do apologize for the inconvenience, but this doesn't mean it's cancelled, it's just postponed.

As by now you should all know that we've been "upgrade" but actually downgraded to stage 3 CoCT loadshedding. 😭😡

We are now left powerless, no power no coffee... No coffee, no power!

We are considering adjusted operating hours.

Due to loadshedding we will not be operational today, we are being loadshed from 08h00 until 10h30, thereafter we have unplanned maintenance on some of our equipment.

We do apologize for inconvenience.

We are operating normal again on Saturday 30 October.

We all know the negative impact lockdown has had on small businesses. Our little coffee shop was no stranger to this and therefore we are appealing to you, to help us keep our doors open as well as play a monumental part in the expansion of our brand and help us purchase some much-needed equipment, Muizenberg, Western Cape.

We would love to bring G² Coffee to your hood, your event as well as your office. This can only happen if you can partner with us. We are in need of funds and we need you to donate from as little as R100 so we can reach our target of R200 000.
