I've been a bit quiet on social media since my return to work. To be honest, it's been SUCH A PLEASURE to take a break and not have to be active on these platforms, and it's definitely lowered my anxiety levels which I didn't even realise were high (from stressing about posting and creating the 'perfect grid').

On the one hand I don't miss it at all, but on the other, I feel like I need to show up here in a more personal capacity rather than just a purely professional one.
