Spice up your dinner game with this crispy, juicy Bang Bang Chicken made right in the air fryer! 🌶️🍗 Perfectly crispy on the outside, tender on the inside, and tossed in a sweet and spicy sauce.
Chicken wings:
12–14 chicken wings
Season with:
1 Tbsp baking powder, onion powder, garlic powder, chilli flakes, salt and pepper
Cook in the air fryer at 180°C for 12–14 minutes, or until golden, turning halfway through.
Bang Bang sauce:
½ cup (125ml) mayonnaise
3 Tbsp (45ml) sriracha sauce
1½ Tbsp (23ml) sweet chilli sauce
1 Tbsp (15ml) honey
1 tsp (5ml) rice vinegar
Salt and pepper
Rice:
Add rice, water and coconut milk to an ovenproof dish that fits in your air fryer.
Allow rice to soak for at least 30 minutes.
Cover with foil and cook in the air fryer at 180°C for 25 minutes.

Ingredients List:
1 box (400g) PnP chocolate brownie baking kit
1 packet (150g) PnP mini marshmallows pink and white
1 packet (125g) PnP vanilla flavoured biscuit creams, crushed
Method:
Preheat oven to 180°C.
Prepare brownies according to packet instructions.
Top freshly baked brownies with marshmallows and crushed biscuits.
Switch off the oven and return brownies, allowing the residual heat to melt and slightly caramelise the marshmallows. Or pop them under the oven grill for about 5 minutes.
Serve immediately while still warm and marshmallows are gooey.
COOK’S NOTE:
For an extra layer of decadence, spread cooled brownie base with melted chocolate before topping with marshmallows and crushed biscuits.

-Grate potatoes & onion
-Add egg and flour
-Fry until golden brown
-Top with poached egg and chilli honey
🥔 🥓 Twice-baked bacon & cheese potato skins:
-Pop potatoes in the oven for 45 min
-Scoop out centre and mix with cheese & bacon
-Fill potato shells halfway with the mixture
-Grill in the oven for 10 min

-Mix with flour, butter and egg
-Leave the dough to rest and rise
-Divide into 4 portions and roll out

Cozy up this winter with a satisfying bowl of meaty minestrone 🍲. Tender beef + hearty minestrone + cheesy roasties = classic comfort food. 😋
Ingredients list:
650–800g PnP beef shin bone-in
Salt and milled pepper
Olive oil blend, for frying
1 packet (600g) PnP minestrone soup mix
3 cups (750ml) beef stock
1 can (410g) PnP tomato & onion mix
1 packet (6) PnP Let’s Cook braai cheese & onion roasties
Chopped parsley, for serving (optional)
Method:
Season beef with salt and pepper.
Heat a glug of oil in an ovenproof pot over high heat.
Fry beef in batches for 3–5 minutes, or until browned all over. Return all meat to pot.
Add soup mix, stir well and fry for about 5–8 minutes.
Pour in stock and cook for about 25–30 minutes with the lid on.
Tip in tomato & onion mix and cook for another 15 minutes.
Prepare roasties according to package instructions. Keep warm.
Adjust seasoning for the soup, sprinkle with parsley, if using, and serve warm with roasties on the side.
