Great Day in St James today Installing a complete set of Centurion Vantage 500 motors! The old Centurion vector motors worked for over 17 years! Below are some pictures of before and after ,Even a Video of the new motors in operation .

We Supplied and Installed new Centurion Vantage 500 swing gate motors because the existing BFT motors packed up. Replaced all the old cabling and welded stoppers on the gates and manufactured custom steel brackets for each motor.

Client called us on new years day because the gate was lifted off the track due to a break in and now not functioning properly!. We got to site on the same day and fixed the motor and Installed/welded the correct Anti lift brackets on the sliding gate ( front and back) see picture of before and after

We got called to site to attend to the broken and crumbling concrete on sliding gate tracks.
This was Causing damaged to the exposed conduits when cars passed threw the driveway

We removed all old concrete and cement with a jackhammer and layed new 20mm conduit pipes across the Driveway. New concrete layed on completion. Below are some pictures and videos of before and after # HAPPY CLIENT

Replaced the front pedestrian gate lock to a new Cisa Rim lock in Cape Town old Viro lock finally retired client

We got called out to attend and fix all the cabling issues across the complex wall. The existing cables were just cable tied and knocked into the wall using clips it was really an eye saw for the residents and looked untidy.

We removed all old nail In clips and cable ties and Installed 30m of 40X100mm pvc trunking across the entire wall. It really made a massive difference in appearance # happy client.

Installed an ET drive 600 with a heavy duty theft cage in Mowbray. Happy client

We got called to site because the existing audio Intercom was faulty and not working correctly. After a few tests we established that it was a cabling issue, unfortunately the cables weren't moving through the conduits across the Driveway. We had to cut and lay new conduits. Once we proceeded to lay new pipes we noticed the safety beams cabling was not in a conduit and infact just plastered in the ground which is damaging. HAPPY Client.

We Installed a new stainless steel goose neck and Rain shield for the Video Intercom.The Existing goose neck had no concrete foundation and was rusted at the bottom which caused movement. HAPPY Client!

Installed new ET Nice drive 600 sliding gate motor kit as well as Cutting and welding a piece of galvanized plate which is welded on the closed position of the gate to help prevent tampering of the motor from the outside.

Installed new ET Advanced Tip up garage door motor with battery back up.

Installed single Centurion Vantage 500 motor.

Gates were not aligned properly, realigned the gates and installed new Centurion Vantage 500 Swing gate motors.

Layed a new foundation for motor installation and then installed ET Drive 600 motor. Another successful job and happy client.

Installed new kocom video Intercom system, wireless ET EPAD 02 and centurion part wireless photon Gate safety beams.

This BFT motor finally reached its lifespan the motor worked for over 16 years! We Replaced the motor with A new ET nice Drive 600

Planted these 10x Square tube posts at Swartland primary school in Caledon to cover the perimeter with security wireless Alarm beams. We had such a great experience at the primary school they were so accommadating towards us and the pupils were all so friendly.

Clients exiting motor blew, replaced the unit with a new motor and new angles welded.

Vagrants were accessing the bins threw the fence pannels. We fabricated sheet pannels and welded the sheet metal on the fencing and the pedestrian gates. We also Installed gate handles as there were none, and repainted the entire fence pannels.
