“So yesterday I had the great pleasure of hosting the Reflect, Connect and Celebrate workshop for Ninety One South Africa alongside Vee (co-founder of Flower Cafè) in celebration of Assistants Day (a.k.a Administrative Professionals Day).

First, it was so lovely to see assistants getting the acknowledgment they deserve. Having worked in corporate for more years than I care to remember, it has always been the assistants that were the glue that kept the teams/departments running smoothly (especially the Execs). 😊 It was heartwarming to see seeing and celebrating their time, efforts and achievements.

Secondly, I just LOVE hosting this workshop. It’s an important workshop from a self-care perspective, but it always uncovers so many stories and provides a gentle way to process events and emotions that have been felt throughout the year.

And thirdly, I got to work with Vee again in the beautiful Flower Cafè. It really is such a joy and I love our combined energy.
