Ek glo baie mense het die besluit geneem om 2024 te begin oefen of self enige ander doelwitte.
Hieronder is een van my grootste oorwinnings ooit in my lewe, wat ek geslaag het laas jaar.
Die hele proses was baie emosioneel vir my.
Om weer te leer loop was verskriklik moeilik vir my asook ander uitdagings wat deelvan die proses was. Maar na 2 jaar en 10maande kon ek regtig met trots noem dat ek nie opgegee het nie!
As my storie hieronder jou moontlik kan motiveer of iemand wat jy ken dan sal dit vir my nog meer beteken.
Onthou ander mense gaan nie altyd jou plan/"journey" verstaan nie, en dis ok. Volg jou plan.
