1. Banner/cover image size: 1584px by 396px. This is precisely 4:1 ratio. These banners can be tricky so if you're going to add text, either move them to the right of the graphic or somewhere in the middle. That way your profile pic doesn't cause any obstruction.
2. 1080x by 1080px for image shares (standard is 1200px by 1200px however, the bottom usually gets cut off and this size seems to work best on desktop and mobile).
3. Profile image size: 1080px by 1080px
4. Character limit for status update: 1300.

Small business owners, do you use Wave Accounting? Very often there's still the question "how do you issue a credit note", as the app does not currently support this feature. Easy 💁‍♀️

Create an invoice, add the necessary line items BUT, be sure to enter the amounts as negative figures (add a minus sign). Don't forget to stick the invoice number somewhere in the footer/notes, that the credit note relates to, so you don't lose track. Voila!

"The Advertising Regulatory Board is proposing strict new rules for brands and influencers on social media.

The proposed policy is aimed at protecting users and consumers when it comes to social media advertising.

South African brands and influencers will for the first time be required to declare ads and goods exchanges."

Social influencers will be held to new rules if a regulatory body has its way, and there will be no more undeclared paid posts.
