This fold over pizza is know as a calzone in Italy. We have added a bit of Cape Town by filling it with our butter chicken, lamb curry (a customer said the best curry in the southern suburbs) and the best of our Meats in our Supreme.

This seafood pizza has a basil pesto base instead of the typical tomato base.

Light thin pizza bases with quality toppings.

Due to some early success we are looking for some kitchen staff. Please share with friends or family who may be interested.

1 x pizza maker 30 hr week. (Evenings 4- 9)
1 X sculler/cleaner 45 hr week.
1 x pasta chef 30 hr week ( Evenings 4- 9)
Drivers can also apply if living close by or in the areas we deliver to.
1 x Student manager for 3 to 4 evening shifts.
Preference will be given to close proximity.
We would also prefer someone to help keep an eye on halaal protocols.

So we are getting closer to serving up our best, we have had a few teething problems and some staff who have let us down. We are getting most of it right and we are pleased with the positive responses we have had especially from the Muslim community. We have already had one casualty for not respecting the Islamic rules and will uphold these values with pride.
