This year has truly tested my faith in God but also within myself.
This year has been one for growth and so many lessons, struggles but we finally made it through by the Grace of God and by the support of our loved one's❤
May December and the New Year be memorable no matter what we face 🙏🙌

Blessed Monday All 🙏

What a special afternoon spent with my boys...We spent our time walking, chilling on the grass and just talking/laughing. Doordekraaldam is such a peaceful place to have a fitness run or just to take the kids out so they can run free.
Hubby took a few snaps of me and I can say I haven't felt this confident in such a long time with my surgery cuts which is not related to childbirth but to my gallbladder surgery.
Reconnecting with each other is super important as a family especially when it comes to our busy lives👪❤
PS. My mask was somewhere in my backpack because I was really not prepared to ruin my outfit for the photo 😂

Micah is currently busy with final assessments for the year, this has been a tough year starting grade 1 in the midst of a pandemic but even through the struggles of homeschooling his still pushing to do his best.
My kid isn't perfect is every school subject but we praise his strengths and work on the weaknesses.
Micah has taught us that things can turn upside down but we still need to push through this year and luckily we have had continuous support from his teacher 🤗
Our kids truly deserve a pat on the back for the resilience and perseverance through this tough year of changes and homeschooling 🙌

Continue rocking on and never give up(PS I normally shout this out loud to him through the gate when we drop him off at school and the teacher's just smile lol) 💪. Yes I'm crazy mom but I will remain his number one supporter 🤣🤣🤣

Each day I am pushing hard to my fitness goal. I woke up in sore all over due to my full body work out.

Like they say no pain, no gain.

It's not always easy sticking to daily disciplines but I will keep challenging myself each and everyday 👟🏋🏽‍♀️💪🏼

On the road to a fit and healthier me 👟💪🏼😃

Staying fit and healthy isn't an easy task, it's so easy to fall off the wagon especially when one has cravings or when our hormones are running wild.

I'm not a fan of running/jogging,my preference is running or working out.

This past couple of months have been rough but things are looking up in such a way that I've determined to get my body where it needs to be mentally, physically and spiritually.

I tend to lose weight quite quick if I am stressed but picking up the weight can be quite hard hence why I've decided to start toning and eating healthier which will benefit our family as well.

Looking after one's body is part of a self care which we women tend to forget but loving yourself is also very important in the process.

Laughing is the greatest form of medicine 😂😂😃

They say laughter is good for the soul, mind and body ❤️🙌🏼

Hello....Alert Level 2....!!!!
This picture was taken when freedom was still part of our daily lives.
This past couple of months we have all been trying to cope with adjusting to the new normal of this pandemic. We have been coping with homeschooling, not seeing family and so many different changes in our lives.
This pandemic has taught us to appreciate life, to reposition our goals and just to focus on the minimal things that makes us happy. We have been stressing about this new normal, what it entails, how it will affect our lives mentally, financially and even socially.
I believe that embracing this change is of importance to our likelihood and sanity.
I also believe that God is training us to learn to live by faith and prayer. He could be teaching us to value what is most important in life, God is perhaps training us to deepen our relationships and put right any unresolved tensions with family members. And lastly I believe his teaching us the virtue of patience and agility.
I continue to believe we will all get through this pandemic one day at a time. We must keep focused and continue to have faith.
Stay safe and enjoy the little bit of freedom of level 2.

So we decided to take a walk to the park and just let Micah burn all his energy. He was climbing like a mad crazy monkey lol 🙉🏃‍♂️

I was so paranoid, I wiped every section where he was playing.

He was the happiest child when we got back home because he got to be outside and it was a chance for him to play freely.

Hopefully he will sleeping peacefully tonight after burning all that energy 😂
