Meet Jodi-Lee, our resident physiotherapist.

Jodi is an exceptional Physiotherapist with numerous post graduate qualifications and 25 years of experience under her belt.

Jodi has extensive interests and specialities, including all disorders of the neck and back, chronic and acute pain, and osteoarthritis. In particular, she is an expert on knee injuries and post-op knee replacement rehab.

Meet our local biokineticist, Neil Smith.

Neil is a registered independent biokinetic practitioner who has been working in the health, wellness & rehabilitative field since '94 and also boasts a successful sporting background.

He has a B.A. Physical Education from the Rand Afrikaans University (1989),
a B.a Honours in Physical Education and Sport Science from the University of Pretoria
(1990) and, a BSc. Medical Honours in Biokinetics from the University of Cape town
(1990).

Neil furthers his education even more through experience, research, learning and listening to his client base.

Say hi to Jim Harrington, the founder of here at Rocklands.

Jim is a lifelong yoga practitioner, yoga teacher trainer and yoga coach to professional people. In addition to Reunion Yoga & Meditation, he is also the founder of YogaForSports, a writer and world traveller.

Jim’s teaching is informed by a medical and scientific approach to yoga. The synthesis of ancient traditions with contemporary thinking and research-based science continues to inspire his approach to yoga and meditation.

As a mentor for hundreds of students and teachers, his philosophy is, “𝘼𝙣𝙮𝙤𝙣𝙚 𝙬𝙝𝙤 𝙘𝙖𝙣 𝙗𝙧𝙚𝙖𝙩𝙝𝙚 𝙘𝙖𝙣 𝙙𝙤 𝙮𝙤𝙜𝙖.”

Welcome to your new favourite tea shop!

The Heathlands Fynbos and Floral Tea Collection launched last year and the range includes various tea blends incorporating locally sourced fynbos, herbal and floral ingredients mixed with uniquely South African rooibos and honeybush.

You can either shop the range of pantry staples or enjoy delicious handmade treats.

The tea shop will be open from Tuesdays to Fridays between 10am and 2pm.

Reservations recommended.
