Last week at The Supper Club. In the first edition for 2024, blanko at The Alphen hosted our much-anticipated, Japanese inspired "Omakase Edition".
Meaning “I leave it up to you”, Omakase embodies a Japanese dining tradition where the guest leaves their experience up to the chef.
In a dynamic collaboration between our two culinary experts, Kove Collection’s executive chef, Amber, and head mixologist, Marshall, came together to explore the essence of “Omakase”.

Another fabulous evening at The Supper Club 🥂
Chef Amber and mixologist Marshall came together to create a journey of flavours for our spring Supper Club, presented in partnership with Glenfiddich SA. Handcrafted whisky cocktails and a four-course pairing menu was the order of the day and thoroughly delighted in by all guests.
