Ingredients:
- 2 Tbsp Truffle Aioli
- 2 tsp Dijon mustard
- 1/2 lemon’s juice
- 2 tsp honey
- 3-5 Tbsp olive oil
- Salt & pepper to taste
Instructions:
1. Whisk ingredients together.
2. Adjust seasoning to taste.
3. Refrigerate for 30 mins.
Perfect with leftover chicken, cos leaves, cucumber, charred corn, avocado, parsley, and Parmesan! 🥗

👉 Here’s a quick and delicious Aloo Gosht recipe for you to try! Don’t forget to hit save!
4 tbsp sunflower oil or ghee
1 cinnamon stick
6 green cardamom pods, crushed
1 large white onion, thinly sliced
1 tbsp fresh ginger, finely chopped
1 tbsp Aioli Green Chilli
1.5 kg lamb knuckle
1/4 tsp ground turmeric
1 tbsp ground coriander
1 tsp Kashmiri chili powder
4 cups water, divided
6 potatoes, peeled, cut in half
2 tsp salt
1 tsp garam masala
👩🍳 Heat oil in a large pot over medium-high heat. Add cinnamon, cardamom, and onion. Sauté until onions brown. Add green chilli and ginger, stir.
🍖 Add lamb, turmeric, coriander, and chili powder. Stir, then add 0.5 cup water. Boil, then cover and cook for 10 mins. Remove lid, cook for 3-4 mins.
🥔 Add remaining water, boil, then reduce heat and cover. Cook for 30 mins.
🥘 Add potatoes, salt. Boil, reduce heat, cover, and cook for 60 mins or until tender.
🌿 Stir in garam masala, remove from heat, and serve. Enjoy! 🍽️
CLASSIC PAVLOVA RECIPE ft. Aioli’s Salted Caramel🍓

Ingredients:
- 8 egg whites
- 10 ml cornflour
- 3 drops of vanilla extract
- 500 ml caster sugar
- 10 ml white grape vinegar
- Pinch of salt
- Aioli Salted Caramel
Method:
1. Preheat the oven to 150°C.
Line a baking sheet with greased parchment paper or a silicone mat.
2. Using an electric whisk or stand mixer, beat egg whites until soft peaks form.
3. Gradually beat in 250 ml of caster sugar until glossy. Gently fold in the remaining sugar, cornflour, vinegar, and vanilla extract with a large metal spoon.
Avoid overmixing.
4. Spoon the pavlova mixture onto the prepared baking sheet, shaping it as desired. Sprinkle the top with 15 ml of sugar for a crispy exterior.
5. Bake for 1 hour. After 1 hour, turn off the oven but leave the pavlova inside for an extra 30 minutes to allow it to dry out gradually.
6. Once ready, let it cool before serving. Top with whipped cream, fresh fruits, and, of course, a drizzle of Aioli Salted Caramel.
