This January 14th I'm excited to announce that Theo Crous and I will be doing a story-telling show at The Alma Cafe. Some tales are not for sensitive viewers, but we've walked a long road together and it was, and still is, an interesting ride.

We stopped over at Leisure Isle Boutique Lodge last week on tour; an incredible home away from home. Leisure Isle is the perfect place to rest and recuperate for the next show, with beautiful rooms and wonderful staff. The lovely Maggie was there to assist us again with a smile, as always!

Thanks again Leisure Isle, and I'll see you again the next time I'm in Knysna.

While I'm excited for the east coast tour with the band, we haven't forgotten about the locals! 'Deco Doll' is inspired by the Art Deco movement of the 1920s and 1930s, known for its floral ornamentation, geometric shapes, and feeling of opulence.

The artwork is being exhibited at the Gamma art show during Art Basel Miami at the Sagamore, Miami's original art hotel.

Works will be exhibited on an immersive, 100 sq ft curved LED wall, located in the heart of Miami Beach's Art Deco District.

The event is made possible through a collaboration by Gamma, Nolcha Shows and Inscribe Atlantis.

Dusk Runner and Parade are a series of 2 horses I painted.

Neither were intended to be horses but they jumped out of random burst of movement. Like a hint of something familiar they shaped themselves.

They are probably subconsciously inspired by an awesome wild horses painting that used to hang in my parents home.

I love the power and grace of horses and have always enjoyed riding even though I don’t get to do it that much.
