Before you attack the small business owner who is probably giving you the best service at the lowest rates, consider this:

do we tell Spar or PnP manager when we shop on a weekly basis that we deserve a discount seeing as we shop there all the time?

do we negotiate a cash discount when filling up at the fuel station?

do we ask the owner of the shop on the corner is that his best price for a loaf of bread?

are we totally unreasonable when Take-A-Lot sends the incorrect size or colour of what we have ordered?

No to the above?

Then let us stop doing all these to the small business owner who does his/her utmost to deliver the best service possible whilst accepting the lowest rates offered only to keep the client happy.
