Things are heating up in the Chorus kitchen. With season kicking off, it almost feels like we were never gone, and we have been loving being back and serving guests our latest menu offering. Join us to experience it for yourself!

Carla has been at Chorus since we opened its doors in 2022 and has been an integral part of its success, making this a bittersweet moment. Carla has earned her position as partner and head chef of the brand-new restaurant in the Bertus Basson family, Bloem at Paul Cluver. We know you are going to do great things and look forward to seeing you succeed!

We have been totally overwhelmed with the response received since opening Chorus again almost 2 weeks ago. Our ’Trust us’ menu has been so well received and we are loving showcasing the essence of Chorus. Our spring special is running till end of September, so be sure to make your booking before it’s too late.

Chorus is opening its doors again this Saturday, 31 August with its ‘Trust Us’, 5 course menu. The great news is that we will be running a Spring Special for R695 per person.
We have taken the last while to re-imagine Chorus and can’t wait to share it with you and welcome you back into our new space.

As sad as what it is, we are really excited about everything that is busy happening. We are holding thumbs that everything goes according to plan and that the weather doesn’t cause any delays and hope to welcome you all back on 1 September.

We have some bad news, but also some great news. Due to the recent storm, Chorus obtained some damage and will need to close for renovations. The silver lining is that not only will you be able to experience a new look at Chorus when we re-open, but as a thank you for your support, we will be running a closing special from 18 June – 7 July.

Autumn weather calls for red wine and crackling fireplaces. The Chorus Tasting Lounge offers a selection of 5 different tasting flights with prices ranging from R60 - R160 per person. There is also a snack menu on offer with options such as Prosciutto, Salciccia, Cheese Board, Olives and Pickles.
