This is the base of the staircase that's seen in the pictures , the finishing touches will be added when the client is ready for it however the design is standing out beautifully

The Baylay Engineering and Construction team done an amazing job with the fabrication and installation of the High Pressure line for its client Nioro Plastics Pty. Ltd.

The line consists of 3inch cast iron pipes an 8inch cast iron vessel, fabricated from scratch to being painted with specific specs of paint to withstand the contents that will be transported therein

The installation team took on the installation through a night shift to accommodate the client and the other contractors on site, the team did the installation in a Whopping 3 day period while having to work in very little light due to loadshedding, however still giving a job well done

This is the 1st phase completed of the 3 phases that was requested by our client

Did you know High density polythene pipes, better known as HDPE pipe or poly pipes is regarded as one of the most environmentally friendly pipes from point of manufacture to the actual using of them

These pipes are highly durable, less likely to cause waste and has a long life span, they also cost much less then most materials but most importantly they do not harm the environment

Baylay EC plays always tries to play a part in being environmental friendly by recycling its materials from steel to plastic to glass and wood, but when it comes to HDPE we play even a greater part as we deal hands on with all aspects of the installation from supply, welding and installing both as fabricated spools or on-site, we also take the initiative to recycle all access hdpe shavings ensuring we do not harm the environment in any part of the process

- For R800 I invite you to do it yourself.
- But.... I don't know how to.
- For R800 I'll teach you how to. So besides saving you R700, you'll get the knowledge for the next time you want
- It seemed right to him and he agreed.
- But to get started: you need tools: A welder, grinder, chop saw, drill press, welding hood, gloves etc...
- But I don't have all these equipment and I can't buy all of these for one job.
- Well then for another R300 more I'll rent my stuff to you so you can do it.
- Okay, he says.
- Okay! Tuesday I'm waiting for you to start doing this work
- But I can't on Tuesday I only have time today.
- I'm sorry, but I'm only available Tuesday to teach you and lend you my stuff. Other days are busy with other customers.
- Okay! That means I'm going to have to sacrifice my Tuesday, give up my tasks.
