She attended her first Parent Effectiveness Training in 1999 after reading a magazine article and wanting to improve her relationship with her children, noting that it was "life-changing". She now has 20+ years experience facilitating Parent Effectiveness Training. We are excited to sit under her wisdom on how to connect and communicate with a child, especially when it comes to emotional well-being and discipline.

🆘 World First Aid Day 🆘

Every year approximately 8000 children die from unintentional injuries. 80% of these occur in and around the home. The three leading fatal causes are motor vehicle accidents, burns and drowning.

A significant portion of unintentional injuries are preventable! Do you know what to do in these scenarios? Having the necessary skills can help save lives and reduce the severity of the injury, and most of all, help prevent the injury from occurring in the first place.
