We're embarking on our most ambitious residential alteration and addition project yet – a home renovation in the prestigious Serengeti Golf Estate that will put our creativity to the ultimate test.

From incorporating a water feature that flows into a lower-deck pool with golf course views, to integrating a sophisticated home automation system and sourcing designer fixtures that perfectly match the original design, this project is pushing us to new heights. But that's not all – we'll be navigating strict architectural guidelines while seamlessly blending our additions with the existing structure.

And that’s how it’s done! Just a few months ago the Engen Dawn Park service station was an architectural drawing and an open piece of scrubby land. We’ve loved the process and are so proud of the finished product!

The end is in sight! It’s always so rewarding to see a project come together from the planning phase to the day the first customers are served.

Fuel pumps are installed, paving has just been started and it’s time for shop fittings to be done.
