This is the latest of the sink holes in Centurion.

Many of the approval procedures in the Tshwane region require clients to do extensive tests and reports before building can take place. This of course ensures good quality building work and limits the risk of a sink hole in your yard but what is the municipality doing to prevent this from taking place in the public domain? Almost all sink holes are formed along leaking municipal pipes!

The City of Tshwane's strike has gone on too long now! I am sick and tired to wait for Building control and all relevant departments to open up again. We are losing track of our applications and cannot submit new applications.

The government cannot control their business. I think it is time to get rid of this nonsense labour law that South Africa has to tolerate. It brings the economy to it's knees as if the lack of electricity ass well as all the other issues in our country is not enough.

Fire them all!
