Romanian born and raised in Ghana, Wanlov the Kubolor plays West African/Balkan melodies and rhythms on his guitar as he tells stories in Broken English, Twi and Romanian.

Wanlov the Kubolor is known for his humor and unorthodox views on varying topics. He sometimes raps over fast strumming, chants to percussive guitar or sings heartfelt lyrics to a West African Highlife style of picking.
