My POV ; often looking & feeling from cranium down along the body. As physios we learn to feel out structures from this angle when working in your neck/shoulder/upper back. If you look closely, you can see we are doing some lovely little cervical needles 🪡 here 🤲🏽💛.

Here we are focusing on terminal knee extension in weight-bearing after an ACL injury ❤️🔥 The whole kinematic chain is firing hard in this position🎉 and the patient is getting good proprioceptive feedback from the ground.

🤯This patient has a large Intracranial and subdural haemorrhage (brain bleed).

He's had a craniotomy to drain the subdural haemorrhage, but is still on the ventilator & not yet taking spontaneous breaths or waking up despite being off sedation😳.
