Community Pharmacy

29/11/2022

Thank you Latifa P Mota for your kind thought and all the wishes. We are saddened that this happened to Philip who cares so much for the community but unfortunately, this is the risk of doing business. Luckily we did not lose much and Philip is fine. We will not accept any gesture of financial assistance - your support is most special and we pray this person is brought to justice 🙏

HPV Vaccination Time đź’‰

Human papillomavirus (HPV) is a viral infection that’s passed between people through skin-to-skin contact. There are over 100 varieties of HPV, more than 40 of which are passed through sexual contact and can affect your ge****ls, mouth, or throat.

Two doses of the HPV vaccine are recommended for all boys and girls at ages 11-12; the vaccine can be given as early as age 9. If you wait until they’re older, they may need three doses instead of two.

Have you had your HPV vaccination? Unsure about the HPV Vaccination?

TIPS from your PHARMACIST

No doubt there are numerous occasions to raise a glass with family and friends during the holidays. However, drinking to excess can cause serious damage to your entire body – excluding the hangover.

Limit your alcohol consumption to 2/3 glasses per day and 10/12 glasses of alcohol per week and put your health first this festive season!

TIPS from your PHARMACIST

Look after your liver!
The liver is the major organ of detoxification, and can be easily overburdened during the festive season by overindulging in alcohol, sugar and processed fatty food.

Instead of waiting until the New Year to cleanse out the system, why not take action and support your liver and digestion when it needs it most? Speak to your pharmacist about herbal tonics and home remedies to keep your liver healthy!
