Agenda and Minutes for Meeting
1.Opening and welcoming:The meeting was opened official by Sensei Brian Mpila and welcome each and everyone to participate freely without any interruption.
2.Cridentials and Apologies:The credentials we were expected 30 Attendees including the Executive Committee members, Karateka's, Parents and Instructors from our Branches only 09 Attendees through out the Dojo's and are as follows: Sensei Mxolisi Gumede

3.Purpose of the Meeting:The purposes of the meeting is to take stock where we left off and report back from previous event's.
4.Matters for Discussion:The matters for discussion will be done by the Secretary General of Delmas Shotokan Karate-Do-Association as the chairman of the meeting.
4.1.Report from Closing Ceremony:The closing ceremony was planned properly and handed over the report to the Executive Committee members for support and approval,We were enjoyed ourselves in Bokamoso Resort all our Branches and parents including Instructors were invited only to find out that most of our parents and Karateka's are not available.and also we concluded on instablishment of Local Organization Committee members just for the closing ceremony Event and elect/appoint the newly executive committee members for running the association administration work.
4.2.SASCOC Awards for Provincial Colours:The Certificates for the Provincial Colours were received from Karate South Africa President Shihan Sonny Pillay for being representative of Mpumalanga Kar

Greetings all
we as delmas Shotokan Karate-Do-Association leadership will like to take this opportunity to congratulate all of those who make our event successful for 2022
As we approach the end of the year and festive season,we wish to thank you all for your continued support during the past year.It certainly has been an eventful year for Delmas Shotokan Karate-Do-Association Family and has presented us with many challenges which we are delighted to say we faced and overcome any problems encountered.

We now have developed a much stronger and United organization with everyone giving Delmas Shotokan Karate-Do-Association their fullest commitment and time. There is still much hard work and effort required during the fourth coming years but 2022 has been successful.

A special thanks to our President Sensei Mxolisi Vincent Gumede, our hard working and inspirational, Chief instructor who with his group of seniors Instructors has taught us well and we are beginning to benefit from the various technical training courses which we intend to maintain and expand during the coming year.

We also thank all those Instructors from other Dojo's or Clubs who always have helped us during the year at Championship.

Finally on a personal note the Secretary General of Delmas Shotokan Karate-Do-Association Sensei Brian Mpila would like to thank all those people who sponsored our team and event's may the almighty God bless you and Protect your businesses.

We shortly hope to be able to issue the proposed Yearly Calendar of Events for 2023 to the Executive Committee members of our Organization for Approval and Supported

It remains for us as Delmas Shotokan Karate-Do-Association leadership to wish you and your families a very happy Christmas and Prosperous New year.

Our Dojo's will be open on the 04th January 2023 and our Kigami Baraki (Gasshuku Official opening day) will be on the 10th January 2023, More
