I've been testing out these Mini Salty Cheese Crackers and I am sooo happy with them. They stay fresh, crisp and delicious for over a week if stored in a glass jar AND they are super easy to bake from frozen at home. What's not to love? I'll be selling these for R20 per 10 (around 50g), frozen or baked, and I'll be making some today. Who wants? Let me know!

I realise I have totally neglected my page and I do apologize. Shortly after my last post, we received the massively shocking news that my mom in law had passed away in her sleep, only 17 days after my father in law lost his fight with cancer. This news knocked me totally out of my emotional seat. She and I were extremely close and she was my kids' world. It has been a real struggle to try and wade through this deep, crippling grief.

And so, while I'm not quite stable or healed, I am ready to start taking on some work again.
