Stakeholder Experience with stakeholders.
The experience I had with all the stakeholders at the Men-Engage conference was magnificent and eye- opening for me as women and as a Public Relations practitioner. We need more of these conferences so that we will create a safe sound and economy, free from abuse and violence. These stakeholders gave me a platform as a women to listen to their stories, how they were before, how they have changed throughout these conferences and how they wish to be better versions of themselves.I learnt someone deserves a second chance to prove themselves if they really want to change for the better.
There are programmes designed to teach and improve the young boys knowledge perspective on how they see the world in this day and age so that they be a better version of themselves. They do say that "the tree is bent while it is still wet" if these stakeholders can uplift one another in a positive way surely they have much more influence on the upcoming generation. This was an insightful experience.
