As young people we should also further challenge ourselves when looking at the opportunities of skills development, higher learning opportunities, business opportunities, not just as to attend programs but take the bull by its horns: meaning we challenge our selves in developing in these areas so that we can achieve personal developments , in success to achieve those goal it'll mean a great success for us personally, our families and our communities.

Golden Generation Youth Club would like to congratulate the grade 12 class of 2022 for the excellent work done.

It is a proud moment for all youth structures that work with young people that all the hard work is continually improving and paying off, a special congratulations to Dumsani Makhaye High School for achieving 90.5%, also as a civil society social partner to the school we also thank the great contribution by all the educators, SMT, School governing body, general workers and kitchen workers without them non of this would have happened.

As an organization we also appreciate and thank our team for the contribution to the school, during the morning they monitor at the gate, during break time they monitor smoking inside the school and also do security work during afternoon classes, team your hard work is paying off, the organization is proud of your efforts and contributions.

The organisation through it's members whom are part of the Brothers for Life club was involved in a documentary that is giving the good work done in the Pinetown inner WEST, this documentary was done by CCI

YOUNG WOMEN ON THE MOVE PROGRAMME at uMlazi King Zwelithini stadium

EThekwini South District organisations in partnership with Deprived Youth Services and the Department of Social Development hosted a second programme after the Young Woman on the Move camp that was in the woman's month in ensuring that they work towards empowering young ladies.

It'll be very important for young people to give direction to structures like Golden Generation Youth Club as to what they want to be done and what they need to be done in ensuring that key priorities which are drives in youth development are done.

The ke drives are as ff:
1. Redaction of social challenges through information and access to knowledge
2. Redirecting the unemployment through skills, information, talents and knowledge
3. Ensuring that the young people are part of all local programmes, projects and activities.
4. Creating recreational programmes through sports and arts activities.
5. Mentoring programmes.

It's won't be an overnight thing and it won't be achieved without the involvement of every young person, and us working together.
