Most of the time I may be able to achieve all of the above, and I really tuck in when I sign on a client, but I'm not special, EVERYONE CAN!
The difference is, not everyone wants to 🏆

So I totally get it - getting organized is TOUGH!
There are so many distractions, all the emotions, as well as a lot of frustration, and often a whole lot of guilt!

Two of the biggest things I am asked when I'm helping to coach my clients through the letting go process are:

1. "What do I do with this? I feel so guilty to get rid of it because I was gifted it (or so and so made it for me). "

Well, my friends, if the emotion of GUILT pops up, then it must GO!
A. You didn't ask them to buy it for you or make it for you
B. Associating negative emotions with it or allowing it to collect dust is not honoring that person anyway, plus they've noticed by now that it's not anywhere to be seen everytime they visit so they're not going to even notice it's gone. Let it go!

2. "I feel so bad to get rid of this because it belonged to my late mom/dad/friend/sibling, etc? What should I do with it?"

Having lost my mom myself, I feel I can answer this more boldly as I fully understand the emotions attached to our loved ones' belongings when they pass away - HOWEVER!!!
Here is another hard truth bomb for you...
You are not honoring that person by allowing it to become dusty or closed up in a box or even become damaged due to prolonged storage.

Everything has energy, right?
Therefore, that item still has their energy entwined in it - so basically, we're allowing them to become dusty/closed up/damaged, not ideal 😮‍💨

So either find a place in your home that it sparks joy or is useful or gift it away to some one that will be blessed to have it in their life - this is the Gratitude Cycle in action! 🥰

So friends, the bottom line is that 100 years from now, none of us will even be remembered, we'll have just been another human that was once on this earth - don't spend this life hoarding and cluttering and tormenting yourself with stuff! It's not worth the head space it takes up, and most certainly not the heart space 🥰
Rather, fill those spaces with the things you do take with you into eternity..... love ❤️
