Classic One pot Pearl wheat, mince & sugar bean stew
Ingredients
2 cups sugar beans
2 cups pearl wheat
250g beef mince
1 onion diced
Fresh garlic 1Tbs
Tomato paste sachet
Knorrox Tomato & onion stock cube
Mother in law spice 1Tbs
1 potato diced
1 carrot diced
Robot peppers diced (half of each)
2 tablespoons oil
½ teaspoon ginger powder

In a large saucepan combine pearl wheat and sugar beans with enough water to cover pearl wheat and the sugar beans, let it boil on stove top until tender approx 45 mins to an hour then set aside in a separate casserole dish. In the same sauce pan heat cooking oil and saute diced onions for 2mins, add garlic, mother in law spice, ginger and mince, saute until brown. Then add in potato, carrot, stock cube and tomato paste sachet to combine then add about 1 cup water let it boil for about 10 mins until the potatoes are tender then add in the pearl wheat and sugar beans. Add robbot peppers and simmer for 7mins and enjoy 😋

This 30min pasta dish is the ultimate combination of flavors, bringing warmth and satisfaction to every bite.

Ingredients
Macaroni
Sliced Mushrooms 1 punnet
Robbot peppers sliced (¼ of each)
½ Onion sliced
1 cup blended tomato
I Tbs garlic
1Tbs Tomato paste
1 stock tub ( veggie/ chicken)
¼ cup pasta water
Tumeric, paprika, cayenne pepper
2½TBs oil I used canola
½ can baked beans
Parmesan cheese and parsley to serve ( optional)

Boil mac with a pinch of salt until cooked about 10 mins, rinse and set aside. In the same saucepan add 1Tbs oil heat it through and saute until brown and cooked, set aside in a plate in the same saucepan again add ½ Tbs oil and saute peppers set aside in the same plate as mushrooms. Now in the same saucepan add 1 Tbs oil and fry onions until golden add garlic and tomato paste, sprinkle a bit of tumeric, paprika, cayenne pepper & tomato paste, then add the blended tomato and simmer for approx 7 mins add stock tub, pasta water and then stir in the baked beans, mushroom, peppers and mac to combine. Serve and enjoy😋
