Appreciation post to my team of bakers who have been with me through my highlands and valleys. The past year has been the hardest for us bakers, we are barely just above water with our rising ingredient costs and inflation.
But I'm just here to say, we are trying our very best to adapt. Going into March we have had to stop, reevaluate, and regroup. We will keep you posted as to whatever changes will be made to our operations.
But today, I am incredibly proud of my team of Bakers who have showed up, and pushed through with me in my highest moments and deepest valleys.. You all are going to make amazing bakers, Chefs, and business owners soon.
