They lived for surfing, no matter what the consequences. Skipping school was a regular occurrence as they traversed the treacherous path of teenage rebellion, balancing passionate pursuits with the need for an education.

One particular memory brought a mischievous grin to John's face. He recalled the day they foolishly decided to surf without their father's permission, hoping to dodge his watchful eye on the crowded beach. With adrenaline pumping through their veins, they paddled out into the waves, fully aware of the impending wrath that awaited them.

John reminisced about teaching his younger brother to drive, a task that ended in hilarity and chaos. As they raced down the empty streets, laughter filled the air until his brother crashed through someone's wall. Panic set in, but their creative minds found humor even in the most trying situations. They awkwardly ran away, only to be caught later and forced to arrange the rebuilding of the very wall they had demolished.

But it wasn't all pranks and mischief. John recalled the countless hours spent hitchhiking along the coast, chasing the perfect wave. Their freedom and love for surfing united them, even as they mooned passing drivers from time to time, reveling in the thrill of a daring escapade. They would burst into laughter, only to run for their lives when the drivers stopped and confronted them with fury.
